Leavitt Finance Group is led by its founder, Joe Stuckel.

Joe brings over a decade of experience working inside high growth technology companies from Series A through Series D. He has supported businesses scaling from roughly $1M to over $100M in ARR, with consistent double digit growth year after year.

He has served in senior finance leadership roles, including VP of Finance at a venture backed AI company, where he partnered closely with CEOs and boards, managed cash and runway, led financial planning, and supported multiple fundraising processes.

Joe has worked through the moments that define early growth and scaling companies. Monitoring runway. Planning headcount and spend. Preparing for board and investor conversations. Making decisions with incomplete information and real consequences.

At Leavitt Finance Group, Joe works directly with founders and leadership teams on every engagement. There are no junior hand offs. The work is hands on, practical, and focused on helping companies navigate growth with clarity and discipline.
